    Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an AED_25__ cancellation fee.<\/i><\/p>

    If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged the shipping. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping. Some products may be subject to an additional __% restocking fee.<\/i><\/p>

    If products are damaged in transit then the exchange proceeds within _6_-_ business days from submission of the complaint but no order cancellation or return is accepted after the order is delivered. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.<\/i><\/p>
